

Guidelines and Rules for Project/Paper Presentation
1. Maximum number of participants in a Team is 3.
2. The topics of the paper/project can be chosen by your own. It is advisable that the presentation focuses on one particular topic.The teams will get 10 minutes for presentation and followed by question and answer session.
3. Make sure all text and figures on your slides are clearly visible and legible!
4. The decision of judges will be final and no arguments or appeal will be entertained.
5. Kindly contact the coordinator for any clarifications.
6. Each member of your group (if your project is a group project) must play a significant role in the presentation.
7. In order to ensure a smooth performance during your session, we kindly ask you to consider the following instructions. Be at the session room 15 minutes before session starts to upload the presentation to the computer in that room. You should verify ahead of time that your presentation will run on that computer.
Bring your college I-Card & receipt on event day.
Kindly bring your PowerPoint presentation in a pen-drive and hard copy.
